Honestly, worst VAR decision I've ever seen. WOW!
wrong call. embarrassing
VAR is trash what an awful call
Aiyawatt looks like the perfect owner. He goes to the games, has emotion, cares about the club. Good successor to Vichai.
HE NEVER TOUCHED HIM !!! 2-2 !
No foul should’ve been 2-2
How was that disallowed goal any more clear and obvious than what happened in the Liverpool game. Rubbish.
Clearly VAR is a waste of time.
Leicester is the only other consistent team besides Liverpool, but that call was terrible
Woods didn’t even touch evans; man just fell over
Leicester City are so fun to watch - easy team to pull for... Burnley hard-done by that VAR decision though.
Wish we had Tielemans instead of fucking Xhaka
Do longball fc aka Brexit fc even know how to play football?
That VAR decision was some BS.
VAR! what a great rigging device... joke.
Khemtrail Frank and the Climate Changers he was tripped
Weak no goal call, weak.
VAR ruins football
The thing I'm worried about in this Leicester City team is that they simply don't have much depth. They're playing so well right now, but when the wear and tear of the season starts to impact their game, then what?
There is 0 chance Evans was gonna get that ball
Nah, pause it at exactly 11:53 and you’ll see the trip AND how close the ball was to him. The ball was well within his range before getting tripped. Pause it and you’ll see, the image doesn’t lie
Leceister city is the most deserving team to be in UCL among the underdogs for me,the quality of the team and coach in general is great
They worship the Asian man lol!!
Najib Dulane it’s sad but people die every day and where is their recognition. It was a year ago, move on
Nick Tubber stfu he died dickhead
Lol at the eavesdropper
rest in peace to probably the best owner of in the premier league for the last decade
No point in having var if we're going to have idiots using it
They keep using this phrase "clear and obvious"... imo it was not clear and obvious that the Leicester defender would have cleared that ball. Rubbish.
that call was pathetic.
mars8254 do they show the names of the people in charge each game? They should be professional refs as well.
dude tripped on his own foot wtf?
Twice Fan he got tripped
Kessy I know right? How was the goal called back?
As a die hard footie fan and disappointing Man Utd fan at the moment what a fucking joke this game was. Johnny Evans falling with the slightest touch and burnley pay the price. Evans wouldn’t have cleared that regardless. Proof VAR has only hindered the game and no where near improved it.
Burnley was robbed
8:48 I laughed so hard...
Not a foul, should’ve been 2-2
@2ndEndingVintage that is kinda up for debate. If you can't see that your a dumb wanker
Absolutely. Doesn't matter whether Evans was touched or not, VAR should have clearly seen that ball momentum was unstoppable regardless. Crooked call.
It was clearly a foul. The last player would have cleared the ball if he wasn't tripped since the ball didn't have power.
Come on now guy.
Zachary Wilbur it’s a handball
Burnley robbed
Kingsley Davis idiot
Kingsley Davis scripted?
That's how it was scripted
Is Burnley the most English team in the EPL?
No sheffield united is
Certainly them or Sheffield.
Balaji almost certainly. On players alone a couple teams can sorta compete (Chelsea, Bournemouth etc) but no one else plays that classic British 4-4-2 and low block
I'm a neutral but I think VAR here made sense. The touch IS very small but when you hit someone's leg sideways while running (a fun prank) you'll find that it is impossible to not fall when your feet get tangled up. The ball was moving so slowly that he definitely could have cleared it of he wasn't in the process of falling. I'm sure the foul was not intentional but it's hard to argue the importance of that small touch
If Tottenham go back into gear, then Leicester are finishing 6th. Maybe 5th depending on Arsenal. If not, top 4. Arsenal are decent but xhaka and David Luiz ( at times) oh lord. Tottenham will probably have dropped too many points at this rate, and United, oh christ
Tielemans scored the winner, by the way
one of the best signings in my opinion
what a finish
Vards
Leicester played well as a team and the players have shared the ball well, yet the last var decision was questionable.
Replay it at slow mo you can see wood intentionally Knicks Evan's
If u think Burnley got robbed ur stupid. Wood knows what he is doing he know Evans is going to clear before it goes in so he clips him causing him not to reach the ball, good use of var
If you think Wood tripped Evans on purpose then you are the stupid one my friend.
I'm a neutral and Evans def gets fouled. Obvious that he'd reach the ball if his heels didn't get clipped together. I don't know why people are complaining about this. VAR has issues but in this case it worked well
Not a chance Evans was getting to the ball.
Absolutely not. No way could Evans have reached that ball...it's direction and momentum were beyond him stopping it, regardless of whether he got (barely) nicked or not.
Shoulda been 2-2.
Unintentional foul perhaps but a foul nevertheless. Evans would have definitely had the time to clear the ball off the line otherwise. VAR used correctly here. If only that applied everywhere else in the PL, SMH.
@Donald Hillesheim You can see the natural trajectory of his lower leg getting interrupted man. There was definitely contact and it was definitely a foul on Evans.
The only thing debatable about the decision is whether or not Evans would have been able to clear the ball if he wasn't tripped. I concede that my original comment was too sure about this, but after watching that section a few more times, my certainty was misplaced. But that's down to the referee's interpretation and rightly so.
I’m shocked at all the biased idiots who actually believe that was the right call, literally you see he never got touched and noticed he was never gonna reach the ball on time, therefor he trips on purpose. Absolutely sick at this. Burnly diserverd the goal
There was absolutely no trip whatsoever. You have got to be kidding.
Up the Blues! 🙌🏽
Wow it’s almost been a year since that tragic helicopter crash. Time does fly by really fast.
Jamie Vardy is back!
I’m sorry, but that Burnley equalizer should have stood.
VAR is blind woods second goal was clean Evan tripped his own feet
@Marco Cazares wut? I'm saying he was running to celebrate and he accidentally stepped on a cleat. I ain't tryna argue anything I'm just saying its harsh
@Djorn Barrett exactly, you're admitting that Woods fouled Evans.. he should've just left him alone and the ball perhaps rolls in
@Marco Cazares woods touched his cleat as he was running by but Evans was tripped his own legs, in my opinion that was a harsh call cause they were assuming Jonny Evans woulda cleared it successfully anyways
Play it at slo mo, woods trips Evans's
Var is really killing the game.
It should be in more capable hands not in this clown epl referees
People shouldn’t sleep on Leicester.. they would definitely make it into the top 6 but not top 4
Lyncoln Richy And why not? Spurs, Arsenal, and United aren’t doing hot. Not to mention, they literally won the league a couple of years ago...
Where is Faiq in this game I though his number was 9
