  • We challenged chefs of three different levels - an amateur, a home cook and a professional chef - to make their versions of french fries. And then we brought in a food scientist to review their work. Which fries were the best?

            Lv. 3 chef was the only one who put the sauce on the side. It makes sense -and it's the right thing- because you don't want your fries to get soggy AND sometimes it forces you to use a fork because the sauce we'll get on your hands.

                  The fact that I would rather have the lvl 1 fries especially over the lvl 3 fries is a bit worrying. French fries and apple sauce do not go together

                          First of all the only acceptable condiment for french fries is mayonnaise, and they come fom belgium.

                                    How do we know that the level 3 chef is a professional?

                                    She knows that you put the sauce next to the fries as a dip, and doesn't pour it all on top of the fries.

                                      Let me explain what osmosis is,if u adding that much salt to the brine the the water comes out from the potatoes,the salt doesn’t go into the potatoes 😂😂

                                                                          Boiling french fries... why.. unnecessary.. just deep fry them. If you want to do it the proper way, fry them at a low temp to cook them, take them out, let them cool, then put them back in on a high temp to crisp them
